Stefan Hiestand has been a member of QCAM’s Board of Directors since mid-2025.

The Swiss entrepreneur and finance expert brings over 40 years of experience in international finance. He serves as Chairman of the Board at Bantleon Convertible Experts AG and holds several other board mandates, including with Novavest Real Estate AG, where he chairs the Audit Committee.

Stefan Hiestand founded AgaNola AG, which he successfully developed as majority shareholder and Chairman. In 2020, AgaNola was integrated into Credit Suisse Investment Partners AG. After its dissolution, Bantleon Convertible Experts AG was formed, where he now serves as Chairman.

From 1993 to 2007, he built and led Jefferies (Switzerland) Ltd. as founder and Chairman of the Board, serving as Country Head. He was also closely involved in the activities of Jefferies International Ltd. in London and Zurich. Prior to that, he held senior positions at NatWest, J. Henry Schroder Bank, and Citicorp Investment Bank, primarily in derivatives and equity products for institutional clients.

Combining strategic vision with entrepreneurial focus, Hiestand bridges investment expertise, corporate leadership, and real estate development — always with strong regional engagement.
